"Hotel was clean and staff was amazing. Had an issue with our shower door not opening and they had it fixed as quickly as possible. Every member of the staff was amazing and helpful. Rooms were nice and cleaned well every day, Breakfast was a good plus and the coffee was spot on!"

"Wonderful, welcoming, helpful folks throughout. Great location ( especially if, like us, you’re attending an event at MSG). The room was tiny, however, that is normal in many NYC hotels so it was not unexpected. Beds were very comfortable"

"Lovely staff and very helpful. Located in a nice clean area and close to Times Square. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed (besides a broken iron but they gave us a new one!). Loved the vibes of the hotel as well and very decent price. Worth the stay and would come again!"

"The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The beds are a little short though, my son's feet hung off the bed. The location is great, it's near several places to eat, the subway, and just a short walk to Time Square and to see a Broadway play. There were benches and places to sit right in front of the hotel and there were always people sitting out there that were not guests of the hotel and were a little sketchy but there was always a security guard standing out there so I didn't feel unsafe. I would stay here again."
