"At first i thought i was going to be disappointed. The hotel did not have breakfast or a rooftop pool, as i thought it did. I can tell you that the staff made up for any deficiencies. Jessy was outstanding. She made sure we had ice, water, car service, recommendations, and anything else we might have asked for. The staff at this hotel arw beyond exceptional."

"The service at the front desk was excellent especially with giving us directions for the subway. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. The front desk also gave free water bottles, chips, and cookies for everyone. The area was safe and near broadway. The rooms were clean and the showerhead was strong and gave one a nice back massage. The only drawback was that people kept ignoring the six person capacity sign and loaded it at breakfast time and it broke down twice and we had to take the stairs down 12 flights each time."

"I really enjoyed staying at this Hilton Garden Inn. It’s super close to Port Authority - 5 blocks down - so taking the uber shuttle from LGA makes it easy and cheap to get where you need to be. The area around is super walkable. Would stay again. "

"Love the view and the mini kitchen! I’ve stayed there a few times now and the only complaint I have is the slow check in and the elevators take a while. Other than that, everything was great!!"
