"Staff was friendly and helpful. Quick check in. Room was easy to get to and clean. Kitchen floor area was warped and bathroom door hard to close. Those are very minor issues. Room had kitchenette, everything you’d need to cook a quick meal (which we did not do). Microwave, fridge/freezer, stove top, dishwasher, dishes/silverware provided. Great location. Worked fantastic for us."

"The property does not employ a bell man. The property does not have carts to carry luggage. I had to get all my stuff out( family of five ) have them sit at the curb while I drove my car to get parked itself. I was told I cannot use my car during the entire stay- they would not accommodate any requests to use my car during the stay. The property allows smoking cigarettes and weed right in front of the building. The entire building stinks like weed. The front desk had one gentleman that was helpful and he was very kind. The other people At the desk didn’t seem to care about our stay; the accommodations or helping us navigate the city and transportation. I would not recommend- "

"We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Belvedere Hotel on our visit to New York. I would definitely return. Clean rooms, hospitable staff, excellent location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Just a few minutes walk to Times Square. We highly recommend the Belvedere Hotel. "

"I arrived on an early flight so there were no rooms available when I got there. The 2 front desk staff didn’t even take their eyes off their computer screens and look at me. I was told I could try and come back at 2 and see if there was a room, or even 1pm if I wanted to pay for it. They were extremely rude and not welcoming at all. The bellmen were the only saving grace JJ was kind, helpful and very professional. When I came back after my show is was 4:45ish. I checked in at a kiosk, got my keys and headed to my room. I knew the rooms were small, I was only there one night and had 2 shows to see so it was only for sleep. The bed wasn’t made, mattress was awful as well. I was out in a room with a glass door that opened to the a/c units and trash. I wasn’t expecting a view but cmon…. I’m a woman traveling alone- not a great room to Make people feel safe, there was a flimsy shade but you could see thru it. The smoke detector was not attached fully, carpet was dirty etc. I checked myself in and made my own bed for over $200 so no not a great stay and I won’t be back. "

"Small room but to be expected in NYC. Bathroom shower could use some updating. Breakfast choices could use some variety and need to be filled appropriately. Wait times for elevators were long at times."
