"Rooms were nice but the entire hotel was dated, could use refurbishment. Comfortable bed. Hated the small bathroom. Sink was too small with no counter space. Enjoyed the shower. "We had some issues with the air conditioning being broken but the staff was quick to resolve it and were very helpful, but then my friend lost her earbuds and the staff was extremely rude (but did help us find the earbuds after three days of back and forth). The doormen were also very kind and helpful every time though, props to them!
