"Beautiful hotel in a very nice and quiet area, close to Paddington station and many restaurants."

"We had a twin room with really comfy beds. The air conditioning worked really well and was quiet which often isn't the case. There were free bottles of water provided in the room and biscuits for our tea/coffee. The bathroom was clean and of good quality, nice hot water in the shower and good lighting. For the price we paid I wasn't expecting such quality so felt it was excellent value for money in this location. The only problem we had on arriving at our 4th floor room was that the key...

"The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accomodating. We were kindly offered complimentary breakfast on checkin but kindly declined as we had prior plans. We returned late after a concert and the staff went and got us some biscuits and fruit which was so lovely. Our room was clean and had everything we needed including a microwave! A little tired looking in some places but not unclean. Beds were super comfy and the water was hot. Would stay again 🙂"

"The warn chocolate chip cookies on arrival were a very nice touch. All of the staff at the property were excellent. Any questions or needs I had were addressed immediately. Property is extremely well located near three tube lines and buses. Well situated Between Bayswater and Notting Hill Gate/ Portobello Rd. hotel is clean, bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again."
