"The room was clean but the furnishings are a little outdated. There wasn’t any conditioner or body wash in the bottles. Luckily I had some from home. The TV did not turn toward the bed or the sofa. The flamingo bar restaurant quality wasn’t very good. The front staff were very nice and professional. "

"Everything was just about great. Only issue was when we stepped Out for a night to visit some friends overnight out of town, the hotel staff was supposed to come restock and make beads freshen towels, change garbage etc. they didn’t come so we came back to full garbages, no towels, unmade Freshbeds. We stayed for 6 nights. All Others were wonderful. "

"The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. It made getting around very convenient."

"Room was very clean and spacious. Only issues I had was I had checked out prior to check out time and received a call that I did not. Issue was resolved but I did see unexpected charges on my card. Wrote an email but no one got back to me. Otherwise stay was nice stood for two days."

"Great property, beautiful architecture and lots of outdoor spaces to spend our time in. The staff there were exceptional! Always willing to help and take care of things for us and very friendly. There did seem to be a large number of dead trees/palms outside which did detract from some of the outdoor beauty, but there may be some explanation for that, but we didn’t ask."
