"Reason for the average score was the smell in our room. We were only there for 3 nights and out during the day so didn’t complain, however, it would make me think twice about booking again. Apart from that the location is great, the pool was great and the other amenities were good too. Room was quite tired in places and could do with a refresh but was big, clean and comfortable. "

"I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the conditions I encountered were unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness, safety, or comfort. Upon arrival and throughout my stay, I observed mold present in the shower, along with soap residue that appeared used and unsanitary. I have photographic evidence documenting these issues. Additionally, the towels provided were visibly dirty, containing hair and lint, and the bedding was not properly cleaned, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The air conditioning unit was another major issue—it was excessively loud, rattling when turned on and making it difficult to rest. Beyond the physical conditions, I also did not feel safe during my stay due to inadequate security measures, which further contributed to my negative experience. Overall, this stay was deeply disappointing and concerning. I believe these issues require immediate attention to ensure future guests are not subjected to similar conditions. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding how this situation will be addressed."

"The place itself is Good and the room was clean. The place itself feels safe, with security walking around at all times. It is also walkable distance to a few eateries, arcades and restaurants. My children enjoyed the pool. My only complaint would be that they told us the pool closed at 9:00 p.m. but by 8:00 p.m. they had kicked everybody out of the pool area. There is also no Jacuzzi "

"The rooms are very clean and the beds so comfortable. The view to the park is a plus, as you can see Volcano Bay and Universals. We walked to Universal studios, taking us about 20-30 minutes. The pool is a great perk at the end of the day and it staus open late allowing us to relax a feet long walks all day. The staff was very helpful and professional. We had breakfast at the Colombian cafe next door and loved it. We also had dinner at Persis Indian Restaurant conveniently located there. Lyft rides come quickly to this hotel so that is super convenient. "
