"Resort is showing some heavy wear and tear and requires a revamp , carpets are worn and corridor walls scraped , rooms are completely void of storage space and you will be required to live out of your case despite the room.s being large enough for suitable drawers and wardrobes."

"The lady who setup for breakfast in the morning was very friendly/helpful. The pool area was clean. The lobby was well kept and the free coffee was nice. HOWEVER, the room had such a bad smell of backed up sewer that came up with every flush. The carpets felt sticky and smelled like mold/mildew. If it wasn’t for the horrible smell I’d give the stay 5 stars."

"This property was nice. Check in process was a little worrisome, as the owner text me the information for check in a little after 4pm (check in). The room was clean, room is small. Fitness center opens at 7am. Can not get a work out earlier than that. Breakfast spot in the lobby takes a long time to serve food and coffee. Parking is free however can be far if you don’t get a close spot. Otherwise perfect for the price and good for a small family of 3 no more than 4. Close to Universal! "

"Rooms are clean. Staff was friendly but misinformed on shuttles to the park. The arcade boring. Snack store was reasonable with good selection. Breakfast buffet was not included and overpriced for the soggy eggs they served. The lounge was nice and the food is good but make sure the bartender writes done your order or he will get it wrong. The pool area is beautiful and a nice place to relax or take a dip to cool off. Id suggest a pool view upper level room for the best view. But it is a great...

"Very inexpensive for the time we were there (not peak) and met the need for a place to stay for one quick night, so ultimately it was fine but if you are staying multiple nights for a vacation, I recommend choosing a different property as the building is a bit old and the customer service was hit and miss."
