We had such a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The location is perfect, close to so many fun attractions for kids. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and when I asked for a late checkout until 4 PM on our last day, they approved it with a very reasonable fee. The service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended.

First of all, the hotel is in a good spot where there are plenty of spots to eat nearby and even within walking distance. Disney Springs is a bit of a walk but also very close by car. Lobby is spacious and the included breakfast is the usual stuff that you find at most Orlando hotels. The room itself is good and roomy. A couch, table, desk, tv etc. If there is one small critique, it's the shower. It's one that has the spray nozzle with hose but the height was not the usual of a hotel. I'm 6'2" and had to duck down to wash my hair. Also, no body lotion in the bathroom area. These are minor issues and not a dealbreaker. I would (and will) stay here again.
