"Staff there was amazing. Always welcoming. However the room was definitely smaller than in the pictures. Bedroom was excellent same with bathroom but the kitchen living room was combined to,where u can't even use the pull out couch and move around. You have to move the table and be almost against the sink from the foot of the bed. Pictures so it seperate and it is not. I wish that the amenities on the resort were including. Some were yet some were not. "

"My stay was okay the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, needs a little upgrading on the furniture and bathroom. I also think it should be a time at the pool. I’ve noticed a lot of guest come out in the morning and they stay all day all night in the same spot and it’s not fair to other guest that just wanna lounge and swim."

"My stay at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center was honestly such a beautiful experience. From the moment you walk in, the resort feels like a world of its own the massive glass atrium, lush greenery, and attention to detail make it feel magical and peaceful at the same time. The property is HUGE, but in the best way. There’s always something to explore from the indoor gardens and waterfalls to the restaurants and little hidden corners that make you forget you’re even inside a hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout the entire stay, and the overall cleanliness and service really stood out. What I loved most is that you truly don’t need to leave the resort. Between the pools, dining options, and overall atmosphere, it’s perfect for families, couples, or even a relaxing getaway. That being said, just something to keep in mind everything inside the resort can add up quickly (parking, food, extras), so it’s definitely more of a luxury experience. Overall, it’s a stunning, one-of-a-kind resort that delivers a memorable stay. I would absolutely come back especially for a special trip or to enjoy everything the property has to offer without ever leaving."

"Unit was large and clean. Very comfortable for family reunion. Walkable to main hotel or shuttle service could be called. No need for car suring stay. Access to restaurants and waterpark by shuttle or walking"

"The room was clean and beds were comfy. The shower drain was horrible though and breakfast was very basic but enough to start the day. I would stay here again. "
