"I really enjoyed my stay. There were a few things I would have liked to been better ex: the master bedroom sheets weren’t properly cleaned. We had to wash the entire bed. The washing machine had a really bad odor to it which made it even more difficult to make the decision to wash the sheets and blanket. The master bedroom shower could have been cleaned a lot better than what it was other than that I was content with my stay there. I loved how the master bedroom had a little bonus treat with LED...

"Many food options at the hotel, reservations needed at most. The food was good but if you have allergies they are not very accommodating.
They have both feather pillows and poly fill pillows so make sure you request hat you want. They have beautiful pool choices including a lazy river. Many many conference rrooms. Some of the bathrooms by the conference were not cleaned and stocked in a timely fashion. The tap water tastes terrible. Thankfully they offer Aqua Panne and San P. Overall very good experience and I would recommend it."
"This was a short vacation - 3 nights with kids. The kids loved it! The water park was wonderful. They have a great bar and restaurant and ice-cream is available near the pool. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They have a text message system which was great - If I needed something or had a question I would text the number and have an answer within a minute. The only issue was the internet was very spotty but everything else was fantastic! "
