"The location was very convenient. The staff was mildly helpful when we requested an early check-in and not very helpful when we requested blankets for the sofa beds they recommended for our needs. It took over an hour to get. We ended up having to call twice and when they finally arrived it was with one flat sheet. Side note, there are no vents in the bathroom to address heat from shower or toilet."

"Our stay at Wingate was okay overall. The staff at check-in was friendly and the process was smooth. However, the hotel facilities could definitely use some updates. The furniture looks quite old, and the property would benefit from some renovations to give it a fresher feel. Also, only one of the elevators was working during our stay, which made getting around less convenient. With a few improvements, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience."

"One of our family's best Orlando hotel experiences!! Room was very nice - clean and spacious!! Breakfast had a good selection and two rooms so you never had to wait long!! "The receptionists were very nice. The bathtub has dirt stains. The outdoorpool has leaves and no clean towels available. I still have to ask front desk for it. Breakfast was so so. Eggs,bread, waffle, sausage,cereals and a fruit. There was only one attendant in the breakfast room so food is running out. Few people will come and sausage or eggs will run out. My brother in the other room says it was hot."

"We had a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo. We loved the balcony to watch the sunset. Also, the ability to take 3 showers at once. They had a washer and dryer with a store downstairs to buy amenities. We loved the waterpark with 2 waterslides and a lazy river. The 2nd pool area was equipped with 6 pools and a hot tub so it didn’t feel crowded at all. They also let us have late check out for 1 hour for free. Would recommend for a relaxing, close to restaurants vacation spot."
