"When we got to our room, it was hot. I realized the AC was not on. I’ve never gotten into a room in the air conditioning was off other than that. Everything was great. I did not have the breakfast cause I did not know they had breakfast."

"Dirty bathrooms, doors don't close properly so you hear EVERYTHING outside, key lock batteries died and took forever to get a replacement. "

"With the amount of places to eat in walking distance, avoid the on site restaurant. Sub par food with extremely high prices. Besides that the room was nice and the pool area looked nice. Great location to walk to what seems like an endless amount of places to eat"

"Additional fees for WiFi and resort (pool lol) should be automatically included or at least you should be notified for the additional fees! Never again!!!"

"The desk staff were kind and helpful. I love that I didn’t have to scan my key on the elevator. As someone that travels, for me that was nice. The food options at the restaurants are great! As I entered the room, it smelled amazing! So clean! My only issue was that some guests were allowed to play their loud music at the pool until Midnight. My daughter and I could hear this from our room on the 13th floor."
