"The shower Head was broken, and the bathroom doors were a little loose. However, overall it was a nice place to stay, especially if you are visiting Universal and looking for a convenient location near the park."

"the room was nearly exact to the photos available. definitely a lot roomier than i was expecting as well, although the bathroom was smaller. everything was functioning perfectly and wifi/tv setup was a breeze. the front desk was the cherry on top! both of the ladies i talked to during the morning and afternoon were kind and helpful. i would definitely book here again whenever i plan on coming back to orlando :)"

"Nice place, 2 bedroom suite was big and beds were nice but the pull out couch was the worse ever. Springs in your back and the blanket was so scratchy. Couldn't use it at all, needs to be trashed and updated for sure.It cost me $18.00 to do 1 small load of clothes in their laundry room. A little box of tide was $5, 2 dryer sheets in 1 box was $5 and it cost $4 to wash a little load and $4 for the dryer. Seems a little high to me, glad I only needed to do 1 load."
