"It could have been better our room phone was not working call from my cell phone the front desk put in a ticket and they still didn’t come fix the phone. "

"The villa was excellent and the area was perfect. Kids really enjoyed the atmosphere. Did not quite understand the dining areas, the smoke alarm goes off in the kitchen when using the stove, they want you to sign up for Timeshare, and there was no extra garbage bags, but other then that, it was a great trip. The front desk was very help and even relaxing."

"our room was very clean and spacious. I liked the marketplace and enjoyed the arcade. the waterpark was really nice but i thought it became very crowed and unsafe on Saturday because there were so many people in the pool that you basically just had to stand in one spot. "

"Only issue we had was parking. Definitely wasn’t something I thought would have been a problem but definitely was an issue. "
