"It was a fair price hotel with nice clean facility. We had family rooms- The breakfast was extra good quality and selection- we stayed two nights- I did’nt like that the maid went in our room while we were at Universal studios. We did not expect, or ask for room service- but I had shut the curtains to preserve room temperature while we were gone- and the curtains were wide open when we got back- I felt my privacy was invaded as I had left some valuables in the room- not expecting anyone in the room we paid for- it was’nt cleaned- they just opened the curtains which showed me they were in there. AND the second morning three of us rode the elevator to go eat breakfast and the elevator broke/stopped mid service- bells ringing- wouldn’t respond to buttons pushed- doors wouldn’t open! Scary like nightmare movie. I called the hotel- no one answered the phone… I called my son who was in the other room and he went and talked to the front desk told them we were stuck in the elevator- they sent some service guy and he got us out by prying the doors open- you know what though I would still stay there again"

"This hotel was Amazing!! The location is perfect if you are planning on going to Disney.. it is super close to Disney but it’s cheaper and less crowded than one of the resorts. We didn’t stay there for this reason. My daughter was there for nationals for volleyball. It was cute seeing all the Disney dressed people. We loved the pool at this hotel so much. The slide was a hit for my kids and it was plenty big enough! The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints really. We would stay here again!"

"We stopped here for an overnight stay. We arrived late (@11:30 pm). The room was spacious and well layed out. Due to our late-night arrival, the person at the front desk offered a complimentary late check-out. We had to depart early, but it was still a nice gesture. Beds were comfortable; master bathroom was huge! The only hiccup we had was the 2nd bath tub wouldn’t drain well. Due to our early departure, we didn’t have time to contact front desk to have it serviced. Seemed like a lot of families there enjoying their stay. Nice, quiet area and perfect for what we needed. I would like to return in the future and checkout the resort itself."

"I was visiting my daughter who is a part of the Disney College Program. Really enjoyed the stay. I used the pool and workout facilities. Very clean and great staff. The two downers is the payed parking and the families that let their child run and scream in the hall ways. Very frustrated with the lack of empathy, is just terrible."

"Chambre spacieuse, fraîchement rénovée et bien insonorisée, idéal pour une famille. Piscine très appréciée pour enfants et adultes. À une douzaine de minutes des sites de Disney et 40 de Universal. Walt-Mart, McDo etc à distance de marche. Déjeuner inclut pratique et bien garni."

"I loved this property! We were a party of 7 and everyone had their own space with room to spare. Our first night there, our cottage had a water issue, so we had no hot water. Maintenance came withing 15 minutes of me calling and notifying the front desk. They provided us a credit for the inconvenience and the issue was fixed the next morning. The water park was amazing and easily accessible via the free shuttles offered. The pool was a 3 minute walk from our cottage. My only downside was the euphoria restaurant. Service was delayed and food came out cold. Also, housekeeping does not come to the cottage so we had to wash our towels for reuse. But everything else was top tier. We will be back for sure!"
