The room was clean but the furnishings are a little outdated. There wasn’t any conditioner or body wash in the bottles. Luckily I had some from home. The TV did not turn toward the bed or the sofa. The flamingo bar restaurant quality wasn’t very good. The front staff were very nice and professional.

My husband and I have been coming here for years and always love coming back. The Flamingo restaurant is our go-to after a long day at the them parks. Make sure you try the fries. They are the best! The only thing I could say if the hot tub could use a refresh, only one side of the jets were working at this last visit. Still nice and hot, but could definitely be updated. Oh, I did break one of my toes on the lounge chairs on the deck where the pool is. You can’t really see the feet of the chairs, so when you hit your foot and break something, you learn how to avoid at all costs. No, I did not let anyone know about it. Should have, but didn’t. Great stay overall though.

If I’m staying off Disney property this is always my go to choice. It’s 10-20 minutes max to all parks and disney springs. Great rooms and great breakfast which Is good to start your day off with, you know I gotta have those Mickey waffles. Staff is great and the property is kept very well. There should be more ice machines, especially on the main lobby floor. I don't like the bathroom sink area being open to the bedroom area. Lobby seating was not very practical or comfortable for long periods of time, which is what we were looking for. Beds were very comfortable and water pressure in the shower was great!

The property is sufficient and nice for families (flew in with three daughters 11, 13, & 16). We did a quick trip to Disney for my 16 year old and had the room with the fireworks view. Although the view is a cute bonus, once at the actual display the next night there's no comparison :) There is a complimentary bus shuttle to Disney offered each day, please note: you must scan a QR code for the link and make a reservation at least 1 day before it is needed. It is prompt for the scheduled times there and back so be ready to go! The room appeared to be clean, however we always travel with items to wipe & spray down as a routine. The toilet seat could have used a little more attention once we did our quick clean routine. Housekeeping comes ever other day, and I must say she spent time cleaning (even mopped) and was very pleasant. The overall set-up of the room worked, however, the TV is located strangely on a side wall. But this was not a huge issue since we were on a quick 3 night/2.5 day trip and stayed busy at Disney. The pool area and set up is really nice and my girls thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant is okay to grab a meal from. There is a breakfast in the morning if interested. The hotel is not designed to be fancy, but accommodating, comfortable, together, and without major issues for families and individuals. Our stay went well and my daughters were so happy with the overall trip and experience.

Room-was clean bathroom small, the shower curtain was not changed and looked used and dirty, we were 4 people in a room and 3 towels, we kept having to go daily for additional towels and toilet paper the staff- was super kind and friendly Amenities, pool area was clean and nice , breakfast area was well maintained. We asked for late check out and we got 1 extra hour, we had extra veers in the fridge as we went to put our suitcases into the car and went out for a bit, someone came into the room and took the beers, and pour the remaining coolers out and left before we came back. We noticed right away that it was gone as they placed the empty beer box ontop of the counter. My husband, son and daughter said they were missing some tee shirts they were sure they packed. Our rooms were cleaned every 2 days, i felt it could have been maintained daily, we had to take our garbage out to the parkung lot trash can, as there was ko where else to leave it.
