"Breakfast is good . EXTERIOR AMENITIES ARE GOOD ROOMS NEED MUCH MORE ACCOMODATION STUFF . NO FULL TOILERIES NO ADEQUATE LIGHTING NO TABLE AND CHAIR "

"We love the proximity to all of the Disney parks and the pool slide. My only complaint is the pool heater was only on one day, for the whole week we were there. It was cloudy, mid 70 temps and scattered showers all week. The pool was freezing and it was kind of a bummer for the whole family. "

"Ashley from baggage claim area. She works night shifts. She was amazing. We got in early like 4 am sat morning., and she helped us figure out what we needed to do. We had our luggage lost and she was fso helpful to let me know they would accept it and put it away for us when wif we were not around when it come over. Also she helpped us realize walmart was close. I could have googled stuff but she was very helpful with check in and everything. She really went above and beyond ♡"

"We absolutely loved the hotel—the service, the cleanliness, and the well-designed rooms. The only issue that affected us was that the mattresses were extremely hard; I believe that getting a good rest is essential, yet we were barely able to sleep due to how uncomfortable those mattresses were—at least that was the case in Room 315. Aside from that, everything was spectacular; the breakfast was incredibly varied and delicious!"
