"Reasonably close to transport, monorail and trains"
The stay was overall very pleasant, just the cleanliness mainly of the bathroom that let it down. We dined a couple of nights in the restaurant and found the food to be very good, we enjoyed both meals. Breakfast was a little disappointing at times, some of the food that was meant to have been kept warm in the food warmers was actually cold and had made it not so pleasant to eat.

"Have stayed at Tune many times "
Tune hotels are showing their age and lack of maintenance. Still adequate. Need to book on line to get best rates. Tune is a known quantity. Just keep expectations realistic. There is a lot of street noise.

"Affordable and comfortable hotel out of the way"
Facilities and room conditions are top notch, only bad thing about this hotel is the location - most taxi drivers do not know where is it. I will recommend getting familiar with roads nearby and roads around Bukit Bintang to be able to lead them back to the hotel from there.
