"Nice hotel in the city centre"
Overall nice. But some staffs (Liza near the restaurant) do not know how to treat people. Due to their ignorance about their own hotel process, they make the customers embarrassed. One dirty fish in the entire pond. I would advise the management to look out on these things and strongly take actions to improve the overall experience.

I decided to take the bargain room which has no windows. And I was unsure at first. But then, I realized how nice it was to sleep in. During Ramadan, restaurants and nightlife will go onto in the early hours of morning. It was easy to stay up and wander late into the night. Eventually, I decided I liked having no windows. :)

"Reasonably close to transport, monorail and trains"
The stay was overall very pleasant, just the cleanliness mainly of the bathroom that let it down. We dined a couple of nights in the restaurant and found the food to be very good, we enjoyed both meals. Breakfast was a little disappointing at times, some of the food that was meant to have been kept warm in the food warmers was actually cold and had made it not so pleasant to eat.

"Very good"
Pros: 1. Great helpful staff 2. Big rooms with great views Cons: 1. Surrounding area uninteresting _ but only a 5 minute taxi to the hip Bukit Bintang area 2. Can hear everything in the adjoining room because most rooms have a locked adjoining door 3. Internet a bit slow compared to other hotels I have stayed in.
