"Ein gutes hotel in sehr guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich. Wenn auch die brotauswahl für jemand aus Deutschland etwas klein ist. Aber der warme Anteil ist gut. Es gibt auch frisches Obst und Gemüse sowie müslies und Säfte. "

"It was a small room but I did not want for anything. There was a pull out draw under the bed which fitted my (medium size) suitcase. This meant I could open my suitcase, leave it open, with easy access to everything and then, with ease, slide it under the bed out of the way, leaving the room looking neat and tidy. I now want this in every room I stay in. "

"Clean, affordable, cute but too small, only good for a quick weekend stay but not to stay long, they only clean the room every four days, no amenities, taking a shower was annoying, you can easily flood your bathroom/room. no tv but staff for friendly and always willing to help."

"Beds were hard, shower did not have hot water, smell in room, not enough pillows, small room, window was facing another window and that person had the lights on 24/7 and there was not a shade to pull, one useable outlet. The staff however was extremely pleasant and the room was cleaned by staff very well. "

"Taj was doing construction and didn’t notify us until a week before our booking, leaving us with little option. The entire lobby was in construction. Dust everywhere near by. We couldn’t have friends meet us there and it wasn’t the experience we paid for. The managers evaded us the whole time regardless of numerous attempts to contact them. Not the level of service you’d expect from The Taj. I will say they eventually, after a lot of pursuit, gave us 10% off. Not worth the hassle. However, the...

"Super locatie, tussen Piccadilly en leicester square. Bij China town, dus genoeg winkels en eetgelegenheden. In avond super bij Leicester square. Hotel was super, er was vers fruit op de kamer, en dat was echt fijn. Ontvangst met glaasje prosecco maakt de welkom extra speciaal. Personeel was heel vriendelijk."
