"It is an excellent location, literally a 3-4 minute walk to Victoria Station and 10 minutes from Buckingham Palace. A really good central location with a couple of cool pubs around, and the room worked really well for our group of three. "

"Perfect for our family, 3 children & 4 adults (booked two rooms). Ideal kitchen for stay in meals, grocery store 10 minute walk. Tube 10 minute walk and bus line 5 minutes walk. Nice view from balcony. 10 minutes away from Big Ben by Tube."

"The room was nice. It was small but they clearly state the size so you know before you book. The floors in the bathroom are heated and the shower is nice. Staff was very friendly and it is conveniently located near several tube stations. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Basement room smelt musty or like moisture. Had to be changed rooms. Staff agreed it did smell. Moved to a new room. The room didn’t had any coffee cups. Also nowhere to put luggage, or anything really. The staff put towels on the bed and literally no where to put them other than the floor. Not well appointed. The staff were great though that’s the only saving grace. "

"Can't get any closer to Kings Cross station! Staff was super friendly, rooms clean and well appointed. A pantry in the hall for coffee, tea, snacks, and one in the room as well. Included breakfast was great! Great experience. Will go back"

"I stayed for two nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable.The reception and concierge team were friendly. I ordered room service for all my meals and the food was consistently great. Unfortunately, the spa experience, which was a key reason I chose the hotel, was a major disappointment. The spa reception team were friendly and recommended a hot stone massage, but I was instead given what seemed to be a standard full body massage. It felt more like a body rub than a proper treatment. "The Reception staff were very welcoming. We were given a basement room (102). The radiators had been left on max so the heat was stifling. There was one single glazed window that opened on to basement steps leading up to the road. It did not stay open by itself and it felt unsafe to have the accessible window propped open to reduce the temperature when we slept. The blind didn't have a mechanism to raise it, so there was no natural light during the day. There was a safe, but it had a low battery...

"Faultless! Location is fantastic but so quiet with it being on a quiet pedestrian square. Staff were all super friendly, hotel is spotless and our room was 10/10 comfortable. Nice touches with unique mini bar additions and fun design touches in the room, really recommend :)"
