"This is a fantastic place! We stayed for 5 nights, in a family room. It was amazing. The beds are heavenly, the room was really spacious and great! It is clean and fresh and just perfect. The front desk service was very good. Nice and welcoming staff! The location is unbeatable, you have two tubes in close vicinity, but it still feels like a calm and quiet neighborhood. Yes, the halls ARE narrow, but don't get fooled...the hotel is just perfect! We will for sure be back!!"

"Great location next to Tower of London with plenty to of food options. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The washer/dryer in unit made it very convenient to do laundry and the staff made sure to refill the laundry detergent for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the price showed on Expedia website was deceiving. The pricing has always been in USD for us when booking hotels, but when we arrived we were told the amount is actually in British pounds. So of course that means the...
