"It is a pod hotel after all so the space will be small. That being said, the experience was great. Very clean and well maintained. The check in experience was as simple as scanning a qr code and you are in. There are lockers for storing luggage which is helpful if you want to check out but still need to do stuff in town. "This hotel is outstanding. Wonderful, helpful staff. Thoughtful amentities (like worldwide adapters in the hotel rooms). Upscale, with a luxurious spa and indoor pool. Excellent location close to sights (London Eye and Big Ben) and many restaurants. Delicious full breakfast and a very nice hotel bar. Was sad to leave and already planning our return!"

"Beautiful hotel with friendly staff in a superb location. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Had a bit of a faulty towers feel to the place while we were there with fire alarms going off for hours, elevators not working and bars closing at random times.
