"Porcelain sink was broken with sharp jagged edges. When someone in the other three units ran water, the shower turned frigid cold. There were stains all over the floors. The coffee maker was dirty. The people upstairs were very loud and you could hear their conversations clearly. When they flushed the toilet at night it was loud enough to wake you up. I expected it to be old and rustic but not rusty and dangerous, like the bathrooms. The toilet didn't even flush and there was a plunger for each...

"The room we had needs a lot of cleaning and a check of the air conditioning system. Couldn’t get the air to go any lower than 70 degrees. Bathroom needs new caulking and grout. Carpeting needs to be replaced and the vents in the bathroom need to be cleaned"

"The cabin we reserved was unavailable because of a claimed water main break, so we had a different cabin, 10 minutes outside of Tropic. It was not a good situation. 1. The cabin we reserved had a kitchen so we brought food to cook. The cabin we got only had a microwave and a small dorm frig.
