We needed to find somewhere quick when our other accommodations canceled on us last minute. We booked here because it was close to the airport for the night. Each room was one for those with disabilities as it was the last of the rooms they had for the night. Rooms were large and clean. However, the drain definitely had a smell to ift. All the staff were great! The two women who worked the bar were so fun! I hope they have the best girls trip as they were speaking to us about their plans.

We visited for the Comic Con weekend and we were all extremely happy with every aspect of our stay. The reception staff were very welcoming, the room was perfect for what we needed and was very clean. Whenever we came back at the end of the day the housekeeping team did a great job at making the room comfortable for our return. The bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, nice variety of food for breakfast and dinners. Thanks very much for a really enjoyable weekend!

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
The hotel is clean, and that’s honestly the only compliment I can give it. Other than that, it is extremely basic. The location is convenient only if your destination is the ExCeL Exhibition Centre, but it is not close to restaurants, attractions, or any interesting areas. The rooms are very small and minimal, and the hotel offers virtually no facilities or amenities. If you’re simply looking for a clean place to sleep near ExCeL, it may be suitable, but don’t expect anything beyond that.
