"i could not recommend a hotel higher. me and my bestfriend will never come to new york and not stay here. the rooms are amazing, beautiful and spacious and so clean. stocked with everything steamer hair dryer mirrors. i mean we are blown away. the staff is so nice and helpful, so many amenities you can’t even keep up. i am in love with the public. the staff treats you as if you are royalty just for staying with them. i have ZERO complaints and wow the housekeeping ladies. "This property is good for being close to crowds. MSG is two blocks away, subway is a block away and Times Square is a few blocks from the area. I didn't eat at the hotel because I'm there to experience the city. Bar was good for the view but the drinks were meh. The tip was already included which caught me off guard. Rooms were fine for sleeping only don't think you will have much room to do much else."

"Overall I enjoyed my stay. The employees were kind and very helpful l. My only qualms were how dark the room was, there weren’t many bright lights, and how cold it was. I tried adjusting our thermostat but it was freezing which I won’t complain too much…it was HOT outside. Overall, nice property, affordable and convenient."
