"Really slow and small elevators. Room was not really clean, hair and stuff from the old walls on the floor, we could see it was not vacuum cleaned.
You always have to bring down the towels on your own to get new ones, like in a hostel.
Room only gets cleaned when you say the day before at the reception.
Our window was not well isolated, its really loud. Also the AC is loud, you can not sleep with it on.
Room was quite big for NY. Employees were friendly."

"Didn’t receive the suite that was advertised. Complained and they moved us the next day to the right suite. Asked if we should book for rooftop outside seats in bar. They said no. When we went up we received indoor corner awful seats. Left and went to another place to eat and drink.
Disappointed as the 4 day trip for a birthday/ football game. The cost for 4 nights $5,500. Not worth the money. Will never rtn."
