Hi Hafifi, thank you for your feedback. Much apologies, we are merely homestay apartment rental with very affordable price. Limited amenities is one of the downside to maintain affordable price. Full housekeeping and sanitize is done after each guest check out. Any issues you may let us know while in house so that we may assist accordingly. Thank you for staying with us and we hope you will find better experience at 5 star hotel in the future.

Service is fast and the person in charge was very polite. Only thing is our bath tub had a little rust. So can’t take hot bath.

Close to everything... but needs a reception desk
Located close to central KL, monorail station adjoins building, walking distance to hundreds of shops and restaurants. Service - is part of Berjaya Hotel complex, but the apartment wing has no reception desk. The manager contacted us before arrival to arrange a meeting place, and is happy to store bags after checkout. A large deposit (200RM) for the access card is required to be paid in cash on arrival - credit card would be better, as you get cash back when you are leaving, which is not always convenient Accommodation - very comfortable, recently refusbished. Room is spacious, with lounge and table/chairs for meals if you want to self cater... but there's no need as it is above a shopping mall with food court and supermarket. Kitchen is basic, but adequate for short stays (inclusion of a toaster and washing machine would be good - there's plenty of room for a washing machine... the room doesn't need 2 vanity areas) Wi-fi - included, strong signal Summary - recommended, but the ability to use hotel reception for communications would greatly improve it's attractiveness.

Just to clarify, we are not related to the hotel and the building management do not allow setup of reception desk in public area. Hence we always contact guest prior arrival for arrangement of smooth check in. The amount for security deposit of access cards is stated on our listing, payable with credit card.

Very good location , easy to explore the City, shops, restaurants and transport just few meters away. Walking distance to Petrona Towers. Swimming pool handy after long day. Angeline was very helpful . Recommended, especially if you have limited time to explore the City.

Perfectly located for dining and transport. Most tours will pickup and drop off at the centre making it easy for day trips. Great shopping complex in the centre with a supermarket and lots of food outlets and shopping. Our host, Angeline was prompt and extremely efficient and made us feel most welcome. She made contact via SMS prior to our arrival and was waiting for us when we arrived from the airport. She also arranged our return transfers and made our visit very easy and enjoyable. Thank you.

We get 2 queen beds even though we booked for 2 King beds. Host said it's not necessary to get same beds as showed as booking. Anyway, we paid for some sum to upgrade to Family room. The rooms is very clean, beds are very clean and comfortable to sleep and very good location. The price is very reasonable too. The hosts are very nice sisters. Recommended to big family to KL.

Gorgeous apartment that is close to rail systems, the Pavilion and central shopping. Secure and safe and it is literally on top of a huge mall. Angeline, the hostess is lovely and very helpful.

We loved the size, very comfortable beds & lounges, so clean & the view was amazing! It was easy to get to from Imbi monorail station, short walk to Jalan Alor for a street full of food & above a shopping mall. Angeline, our host, was lovely.

Service apartment hotel at a budget price
The good things - Service agent service is excellent. Rooms are big, floor are clean. The view are great. Aircon are cooling and quiet. Now things that can be better improve - Room was clean but we found 2 small cockroach inside the cupboard when hanging clothes. Picture shown 2 king beds but seem like 1 of the bed is only queen actually but bed are comfortable. Pillow not enough which only have 4. We have 4 adults 2 kids. Towel only 4 and no basic like tooth paste and tooth brush though they provide shampoo and shower. Overall a good stay if you are just staying for 1 night.

However sometimes we still face difficulties as they might come from the sewage connected to restaurants below or units from other owners. Beds are king size. Amenities provided are based on adults in the booking, children stay for free with existing setting.

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback. Times Square is a commercial area. The outdoor parking is MYR 5-7 per entry. The indoor secured parking with 24 hour security is based on maximum daily charges from 7am-7am: MYR 9.5 (weekdays) / RM 12(weekends or PH)

It was a great place to stay and I hope to be back there again next month if it works out. Way bigger than most hotels and for a fraction of the price. With a market in the mall that the building is attached to, and a mini kitchen in the rooms, it makes it easy to stock up on some things to snack on and make. I definitely recccommend this place! Such a great location. 7 minute walk to Alor street for a bunch of great food! The monorail line drops you off right there at Berjaya Time Square making it easy to get around. Staff was excellent. Always a message or call away if anything was needed. Thank you, Angeline!!!! See you soon I hope!
