Great location. This is my third stay at the hotel. Competitive rate.
I understand it is Ramadan but to have music that loud at the reception area is quite annoying especially when one has to sit at there while waiting for a ride.

Watch out when you book because their smallest room is the size of a large closet and when you have a shower the whole bathroom floor will be wet so that you will be walking on a wet floor. Room has carpet. I upgraded to a better room that was much nicer. They ask for a $50.00 deposit for no reason and then don't release it until someone checks the room. There is no mini bar in the room so the whole process was very unnecessary.

Location is fabulous for all of my favorite places!

The RM30 durian fine was quite unnecessary. I had already discarded the durians and there could have been some flexibility applied.

Dear YikFoon, Thank you for your feedback. Our durian charge typically is RM50 and our team had already applied a lesser cleaning charge for your case. For the case of durian, it is not so much about the physical fruit itself, but the smell that it leaves behind. Whilst the smell of durians can be fragrant and does not bother those who like the fruit, to others the durian stench can be very bothering. The durian smell is one that lingers long and is difficult to rid of, which is exactly why most public places, including trains, airports and hotels do not allow durians to be consumed or brought into the property. Anyone who has placed durians in a car or a fridge would know, it can take days to completely remove all traces of the durian odour. As durian lovers, we too don't mind the smell. However, it is essential that we consider the discomfort it may bring to other guests who may not share the same sentiments towards this fruit and may have to put up with the stench during their stay. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Walking distance to Pavilion shopping. Place is safe and clean at reasonable prices.
Hotel nearby all important locations. Walking distance to MRT, monorail for transportation needs. Room is good for 2 pax but may be abit squeezy. Don't expect much channels on TV if you do switch it on. Aircon works well and shower is also good. Space in room sufficient for 2 pax, if more than 2 luggages might be squeezed.

Wifi is good and stable. Room is generally clean. Location is slightly far from train station if you are lugging a big luggage with you. Hotel staff is not flexible about late check out request. Overall a decent stay.
Great location to walk to most places, felt safe as a solo traveller. Helpful friendly staff. Great experience in all for a very reasonable cost

Room is true to uploaded pictures and is spacious. The side drawers and table is a little bit dusty but still is okay for 2 nights stay. Toilet is clean w toiletries provided. I love that the toilet has a separate shower area that has a door and is slightly elevated so water doesn't seem out of the shower. Water pressure is superb. The only downside is that the hotel is right next to a busy street and you can hear traffic below. Otherwise, location is perfect w many dining options. Recommend for short stays! Queen room has a glass window to see shower from room but has a blind to cover it. However, it'll be awkward if you are staying w friends so do take note if you mind.

Dear Richard, We are sorry that you were unpleased with the charges. It is displayed at the back of each room's door, the relevant charges that will be incurred should there be any damages to the property, including linen and upholstery. On 11th September, (the 4th day of your stay) our team already highlighted to you that there will be charges for the three towels in your room that were heavily stained, especially the bath mat which appeared soaked with some unknown brown liquid. These charges are necessary as there is a tedious and long process involved in removing all stains from the linen to ensure that the next guest at the hotel are able to enjoy clean white linens. Occasionally, as with the case of the bathmat in your room, the linen is severely stained to the point that it has to be discarded. On the day of your checkout, there were also slight blood smears on the bedsheet. However, as they were light, our team did not charge you for this, despite having to send the linen for special treatment. To ensure that the hotel is able to continue to offer our rooms at such low prices, whilst maintaining a good standard of cleanliness, meeting guests' expectation of clean white and stain free linen at check-in, and keeping our business sustainable, we regret that it is unfortunate but necessary that we pass on these additional charges and damage costs to the respective guests. We thank you for your understanding.

There are no cameras in the room. As for the email, could you please forward this to us so that we can escalate your case to Expedia group for investigation? The hotel actually does not get any information pertaining to your contact number or email address when receiving bookings. All these information are withheld by Expedia group and not forwarded on to the hotel. If you are receiving threats and emails directly, this could be an issue of an information leak on Expedia's end. We would recommend you to contact your local Expedia support line or provide the hotel with additional details so that we can forward this on to our Expedia accounts manager for further investigation.

Staff informed that I’ve smoked in the room, however the truth is I didn’t. I’m a smoker but I will only smoke downstairs in front of the lobby, the midnight staff can proof this.
They show me proofs that a cigarette butt is floating in the toilet bowl. Funny thing is that even the cigarette butt is not the same kind of cigarettes that I’ve smoking.

The hotel is a strictly non smoking hotel. We take smoking or vaping very seriously as we are a partner and preferred accommodation provider for many medical tourists visiting the nearby Prince Court Hospital. As such, we provide a guarantee to these guests that our rooms will not have any traces of smoke or odour.
Our strict non smoking policy is also in line with Kuala Lumpur city council's new regulations to prohibit indoor smoking. In fact, we are proud to announce that the hotel has been awarded the International Blue Ribbon Campaign, an award for non smoking buildings.
When a guest smokes in the room, there is an extensive cleaning process we will have to follow before it can be ready for check in by the next guest. As such, we do have a cleaning fee applicable. Any rooms with either cigarette or smoke odour will be subject to this charge.
The hotel takes no pleasure in charging guests this additional cleaning fee. Should guests wish to dispute, we always offer a third party inspection by our local police force from Dang Wangi. If the officer determines that no smoking has occured in the room, the hotel will be happy to refund the cleaning fee to guests. However, this option must be taken at the time of checkout as the hotel will commence the cleaning process by the evening of the checkout day as the cleaning process requires the room to be vacated for a minimum of 24 hours.
The hotel works very closely with the local authorities on this non smoking city campaign. Tampering with evidence is illegal and we do not participate in such activities.
We thank you for your understanding on this and appreciate all our guests' cooperation in maintaining our property a smoke-free one.
Location is a little bit hard to find at first, but closed to Royal Hotel. With the amount that I paid with free breakfast, great service and location that is closed to everything, I can’t complain, this place is awesome if you just need a place to stay, and on budget. Definitely will stay again when I come back to KL.

Location is walking to most shopping malls in Bt Bintang. Room is generally clean, though more amenities would be ideal. TV channels is really lacking with no English channels at all. The room I had (level 10) have this machine noise that spools ups and down throughout the whole day and night, can be quite annoying. Hotel is towards budget side and value for its money
