The rooms are beautifully designed, very sleek, and comfortable. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 99th floor are spectacular, offering a luxury experience with incredible views. Room service food was delicious and exceeded expectations. What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff....
