"On Expedia advertisement, the room was a lakeview suite with patio. However, the patio was located right at the parking lot of motel, and also the view was the parking lot, not the lake! We arrived early and talked to the staff if the room would be available earlier than check-in time, and they said they would call us as soon as the room was clean church didn’t happen. We complained to the motel staff about the controversy between the room we booked on Expedia, and what we actually ended up...

"Room had a hot plate and stocked kitchen which was nice to be able to make meals for myself."

"The lady at the front desk was very friendly at check in. After checking in, we went for dinner. By the time we came back, we realized that the wifi password we were given didn't work and the front desk was closed so we couldn't get help. We also booked a room with a queen and a double, but wound up with two doubles. All said, room was adequate for our short stay."
