First room I was allocated to the air-conditioner was not working and on a hot 30° day I waited to unpack whilst I waited for the air-conditioner to start working, I ended up having to ring reception and they were very quick to move me to the wharf side, which was in my opinion of the better side anyway, and had a brand-new air-conditioning system.
