"Lovely welcoming attentive staff, great breakfast and spacious room. Nice pool too. I gave four stars instead of five because our room had aircon issues so we were cold the whole time. The tech came but it was a bit of a ‘wait and see’ situation and by the time we got in after our night out, we were too tired to request changing rooms."

"Excellent location! So easy to walk into the CBD and Darling Harbour, light train located under the hotel!!! Did not use the pool or the casino, so those amenities were not useful during our stay. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, however was very stingy with the coffee/ tea and water supplied. Would we stay there again if we went back to Sydney? Yes - only for the location and our beautiful room."

"Great location. Short walking distance to restaurants, shopping centres and beach. Hotel Pool was the highlight. Can get busy when events are on in town. Rooms are on the smaller side however comfortable enough if you're intentions are to explore Broadbeach and surrounding areas. "
