"There was an unfortunate incident for the car park access and fees. We were charged by the carpark vendor for 18 hours from 4+ pm to next morning at 10+ am. And the carpark assistant "Kim" over the intercom was not the least helpful while the queue behind us grew from 3 to 5 cars waiting to exit the carpark. Hence, we paid the AUD 79 to exit the carpark. Upon return, we approached the front counter and was serviced by the Duty Manager Warren. He was extremely empathic for our experience and...
