"Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. "The room was spotless. Great breakfast. Could do with a couple of bins in the pool area for paper cups and plastic water bottles. "

"Check in was brilliant, it's a self serve and easy to use. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The only issue is that the bathroom door didn't close which could lead to embarrassment. The blackout blinds worked lovely. "
