The only advise I would give staff is that when people check in to just inform them of how the lifts work (as you need to use your room card key to work them) and how to switch the air con on in the room (took us an hour to suss out we had to press a button on the top of the panel to turn it on). "Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather.
