"Excellent location next to the Tower of London and on the Thames. Great restaurants are within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and provided us with great recommendations for food and activities to do around the city. The 2 bedroom suite was great for our family of four. Having two separate bathrooms was a major plus. Very clean. Would highly recommend."

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, I definitely recommend this spot. It’s super close to 2 stations and incredibly close to plenty of markets and restaurants! Blacklock is incredible!!"

"Location is fantastic, right next to Liverpool station. Lots of space, large living room and kitchen. Would do well with a foldout couch with all that space. Rooms are just right. Easy walk down to tower bridge, lots of good food near by."

"The oven refuses to turn on. Despite looking up instructions online and sending messages to the landlord, no replies. The dryer does not work. I washed clothes on my last night and was forced to fly home with a suitcase full of wet clothes."
