Spacious and comfortable rooms. This is my second time staying in this hotel and will return again.

I love the hotel & room amenities compared to some high-rating hotels. Perfectly fulfill my healing needs. I don't like the towel replacement. On the day of arrival, the towels are all good. But the replacement towels were ripped version here & there. I also don't like the coffee stain mark on the table. I thought the room service didn't wipe the table properly. The table is actually clean, but the stain mark can't be removed. Might as well just remove the table

Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel room was clean and well maintained. Great location, walking distance to many cafe/eateries, pasar seni lrt/mrt, petaling street. There are sufficient parking spots, however the parking area is quite narrow. Overall, pleasant stay for me and my girl. Would definitely come back again.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in in Kuala Lumpur. The view to the Petronas Twin Tower is amazing. The breakfast was great, the service was brilliant and the room is cozy.

Great place to stay. Good value, near beach and close to shops and jetty. Staff go out of their way to help and are friendly and engaging. Would definitely recommend.

Clean & fresh with back to nature environment. Stayed at Amani Villa. Loved it. Spacious & super comfy. Located near to the hotel lobby which was very convenient. Not much varieties at breakfast buffet but it was ok. Was looking forward to borrow the bicycle but most of the bikes were not properly maintained and I had to give up after 20 mins looking for a good bike.

Overall room is clean. Toilet got bidet. Next to 1 Utama Shopping Mall. Near MRT station. Parking is ok, free parking for hotel guests. Kind and friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out.

Lovely place, food was great, all staff were very hospitable, they even went extra mile to help wash my car at the parking space (thank you!). Overall had a great experience there.

It was indeed a fantastic experience from the time we stepped into your premises till the time we left. Everyone from the guard at the entrance, to your front office right up till housekeeping - everyone whom we met during our stay were so friendly and accommodating and were always willing to assist in any possible way. I like the staff greeted me with a smile, the parking was easy to find as the basement parking is designated for hotel guests, the room is spacious and clean, and the hotel is linked to 1 Utama. The room is quite spacious， I suggest adding a chair or lounge chair into the room. It will feel more comfortable and look warm.

Love the hotel. Conveniently located above the mall, situated right smack in the middle of the shopping district, clean rooms, great service - rooms a tad smaller than the main banyan tree hotel from across the road but it's extremely liveable. Will be back!
