"Deserves the high mark from previous reviews. Great location in heart of city, walking distance to lots of diverse areas, and right beside King subway station. Clean, comfortable, large rooms. Some traffic and siren noise occasionally at night, but not excessive, inevitable if staying in city."

"I like everything except when I need to call front desk it's never directly connected to them it's a hotline soo yes and the mattress was very uncomfortable lumpy time to replace it . "

"We had a brilliant stay. The location is excellent, just off Times Square. The hotel itself is a little dated, but it’s fine and more importantly clean. The beds were really comfortable! The one thing I would say is the air con in the rooms is incredibly loud! Bring earplugs."
