It was great to have a hotel so close to the airport terminal for international flight home. After 2 weeks in small Italian hotel rooms, this seemed "spacious". We had drinks and dinner at the bar - service and food were good.
I liked the upgraded room that looked very nice compared to other ibis properties. The location is pretty good as well. On the other hand, the quality of the food served at breakfast can be improved. However, the croissants were amazing.
The hotel is very convenient for the railway station and not too far from the centre of Milan. It is clean and quite and the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.
Everything was great - only negative was the wifi was patchy in our room and there is no on-street parking in the area; you are forced to use a pricey garage and pay an extra daily fee on top of that because the hotel is in a limited-traffic zone.
