This is a great little hotel and I’d definitely recommend. Location wise, it’s a little bit further away from the hustle and bustle and main sites, but Castro Pretoria M Station is a short walk away which gives easy access into the city. Loved the roof top bar (for me, the hotel’s best feature) with beautiful views! And the buffet breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly and even gave me a free room upgrade - thankyou!

Read a few reviews on here that says the shower flashes hot and cold. Mentioned this at check in to Antonio and was totally gaslit and guess what, the shower switches from scalding to freezing on a whim. Bedsheets had holes in them, not sure if I can attach pictures… One particular member of staff apparently called Andreas was Particularly rude I was actually so shocked. Terrible attitude when I simply asked for water. Wouldn’t help when I asked to retrieve my luggage There’s only one lift and it’s very slow No sound proofing whatsoever so you can hear everyone in the corridor when you’re sleeping Breakfast is poor and totally chaotic. There are many other hotels in Rome. Would suggest you give this one a pass

The location was great - short Uber ride to anywhere - right in the middle of the hustle and bustle which made it quiet. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Rooftop bar and breakfast were also good.
