The staff at the hotel where extremely helpful before & on our stay. Perfect location close to amenities and the Rome fresh water fountains, perfect to fill your bottle before exploring. We would stay here again and 100% recommend.

The location is fantastic, right near the metro and so many restaurants and little shops. Hotel is small and on a very quiet little side alley. There’s an elevator to help if you have heavy luggage. Staff at front desk really helpful. Nice little courtyard to enjoy in the back.

Very responsive during business hours (in Italy) on Expedia messaging. Great English, great service. VERY SMALL ENTRY DOOR WITH LITTLE SIGNAGE. Just go off the address number and you will find it. Not a traditional lobby like other hotels, but had little to know effect on our stay.

Both receptionists we spoke too were very lovely, answering all of our questions about amenities. Although breakfast was not provided, it allowed us to explore different caffès and try different foods! We had the Ferrari-themed room which was very cool! There were also different car-themed rooms including Fiat and Vespa. I plan on returning to Rome in the future and would definitely book with this establishment again!

I’ll keep this as real as possible. The hotel was clean, in a real good area close to everything. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel, but it was a nice hotel. The staff was great, we needed to do laundry and Barbara, who does housekeeping, said they would do it. Had 2 large loads done for 20 Euros, this was a big plus for us. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to experience Rome.

The hotel and room was what I expected. I got the Vespa room, which was small, but quaint, which is what I expected for a hotel in Europe. It was clean and a good location. Lots of shops and restaurants close by, including a supermarket. Bonus that the room has a pretty large balcony and the hotel was only a couple of minutes away from Barberini Metro station and busses, and 10 minute walk from Trevi fountain. I would stay at this hotel again if I returned to Rome.

I really loved the architecture… Everybody was really nice and even when I had a late check-in due to my flight getting in late, the staff gave me clear instructions on how I could obtain my room key and enter the facility. They were very attentive and polite. I would stay there again, hands-down.

I had a very pleasant stay at Excellence Suite. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the three lighting options were both practical and relaxing. I also appreciated thoughtful amenities like wine glasses and a corkscrew. A special thank you to the gentleman at reception, who was extremely kind and helpful with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We reserved the suite with the bathtub knowing we would love a soak after traveling. The bath took a loooong time to fill but it was worth it. One word of warning for less mobile travelers, the bed is so low that it is like a mattress on the floor. It was not a big deal for us however if you are older or have mobility challenges it could be an issue for you. We had a plumbing issue in our room however Kevin took care of it quickly and it did not negatively affect our day. Hey it's Rome....I think we have had some kind of plumbing hiccup any place we have been to there. Excellent location especially if you want to get out of the tourist spots (head up the hill). Overall, it was a great stay, and we would not hesitate to return.
