When we checked in we had to wait in a separate room for 15min. We were past check in time anyway…the TV only one English speaking channel…BBC news…it would be good if they had music channels or something other. We didn’t watch tv. The shower, the glass/partition doesn’t cover the tub/shower the entire way. Water everywhere, fall hazard. It was pretty crazy how they think a partial partition is enough. Breakfast was nice , too much grease and oil in the eggs and hot meats. We wanted to check out a day early because we were that un happy and they made such a. Deal out of it and said I had to go through Expedia , which I did and then they approved after Expedia sent them everything they said they needed. The location was good, the room was nice , the complimentary mini bar was the best part , we only had the waters & soda. On the day of the checkout we were in the phone with the airline and right at 12pm the phone rings asking if we’re ready I said yes we are finishing something and of course we are on our way down. I left the room with the bags to get a head start, my fiancée was in the bathroom, they cut the power to the room and the maid came in as he was in the bathroom…minutes only minutes after 12pm….I had just got down to the concierge to begin to checkout and he was minutes behind me with the rest of the bags and told me what happened. So crazy!!!! Like they couldn’t wait to get people out so they cut the power and send the maid in even after a phone call. The arrogance
