"The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. Every other drink, such as cola, had to be paid for separately with a card at 3.50 per can. I have never experienced...

"Nous étions dans une annexe, à quelques minutes à pieds des principaux Trulli (où se prend le petit dejeuner). Logement spacieux, avec cuisine bien équipée (pas utilisée). Salle de bain moderne bien agencée. Le canapé lit n'a pas été utilisé comme lit mais il était très inconfortable pour s'y asseoir donc pour se reposer il faut se contenter des chaises. Petit terrasse extérieure avec table et chaises agréable quand il fait beau. Le petit déjeuner est surtout fait de produits industriels,...

"Stunning hotel in a beautiful location! Our room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the expansive gardens. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. Fab pool area, and recommend a massage and swim in the warm spa pool. Dinner was delicious and very good value, so much food! Breakfast definitely worth it, so many options including fruit from the estate. Very much hope to return one day…"
