Hotel it’s central, but they are lack of amenities, elevator are always busy, make us loosing time. Staff it so focus on protocols, that they don’t realize… that service it’s first

We stayed here for 4 nights but was assigned to a room on the 1st floor and next to a room with multiple kids who started being active at 7am. Also, city's garbage truck comes to collect garbage in the alley we were facing at 2am every night. So basically we could only sleep peacefully for about 5 hrs. The room itself is modern, clean and spacious. Daily housekeeping is available. Towels, small bottles of Shower gel and shampoo are provided. A/C is very sufficient which is perfect for 36C weather in july. Hotel is about 10min walk (with luggages) from Roma Termini. Overall this is a good hotel with friendly staff and we enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and bathroom was updated. The shower head didn’t stay up which was annoying. Also the AC was on the lowest temperature which was 19° but it felt very warm. Was definitely not 19°.

Decent hotel. Rooms are smaller than they look in pics. No way they can fit 3 people in the room as described. The bed was just ok for 2 people. No upgrade. Staff was very nice and welcoming

The staff at The Hive were nice and accommodating. The room however was not the cleanest, the floor was dirty with water/drink stains and there was markings on the walls. The linen and bed was clean. They didn’t replenish any of the soaps/shampoos. Not too sure about the 4 stars.

This was a nice clean hotel with a nice lobby and good breakfast about a 20 minute walk from all major attractions. I would stay here again.
