Slow service. Cleanliness questionable. No air circulation possible in room. (Quite dangerous in these cocos times) Unable to have breakfast, and a refusal to even consider a rebate for dinner instead.

Selected this hotel because it is near airport. It was confusing to find. Inadequate directions. Had to cut through parking lots to reach. Had breakfast included but was charged 30 euros at check out. Over priced. Found blood stains on bed skirt. Room hot, couldn’t control temperature or open windows.

Safe deposit was not working and could not be repaired. Curtain fell off the hooks just by sliding it to see the view. Worst of all, IT HAD BEDBUGS, and my wife is still suffering from them one week later. The only positive is the convenient location for those flying in late or leaving early
