"Our stay with you was spectacular. All the staff we talked to or came into contact with were exceptional, well done it felt great. There was a lady who managed the bar (I missed her name but she's a 6'2" runner from Oldham) and she was absolutely awesome. "The entire experience was Rosewwod Class, Elegance and Superior Service. The location in Holborn was ideal due to quietness around the hotel but literally minutes to every area in covent garden, london eye, hype park, mayfair etc and the holborn train station is on the corner getting you anywhere you want to be in london in minutes! Perfect location and great staff services! Stunning during Christmas time! "

"This is a wonderful hotel with great service, really comfortable rooms - and the fact that you can access the thermal baths is the icing on the cake! Just a few minutes from the station and the main shopping and tourist areas, the hotel is really well situated yet feels like an oasis of calm. The one minor downside was that the restaurant wasn't open on a Monday, but there were plenty of dinner options nearby. It is one of our favourite places to stay in Bath and we would highly recommend it."

"Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was within 5mins walking distance to the train station thus convenient & the station had many eateries & local supermarket Sainbury’s and Tesco. The room was very clean, slightly small but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good with fresh eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, pastries and fruits. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. "
