"The place to stay at Heathrow. Have stayed here twice now and both times were excellent. Staff are amazing. Hotel is huge. Rooms are well appointed. It is at Terminal 5 but even with us leaving from Terminal 2 it wasn't a problem. Will meet your expectations. Will absolutely be back."

"Lovely hotel and so convenient if you’re going to a show in the O2 Arena. This is my third visit to the hotel and will definitely return again. The staff are helpful the place is spotless. The rooms are spacious and beds are sooo comfortable.
One tip is, if you don’t fancy paying for a full breakfast, there is a cart outside the entrance for the food hall. On this you have a choice of pastries, fruit and tea and coffee. So well worth a visit if you want something small to start your day....
