"Ein gutes hotel in sehr guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich. Wenn auch die brotauswahl für jemand aus Deutschland etwas klein ist. Aber der warme Anteil ist gut. Es gibt auch frisches Obst und Gemüse sowie müslies und Säfte. "

"First time in London, we wanted to stay somewhere nice and close to the sites by walking, but also gave us a chance to explore the more laid back areas. This had a good location, great service, very helpful staff, very fancy room and clean comfortable bed. Thought about staying longer, I'd definitely stay again."

"Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere. "

"From checking in to checking out the following day most things were wonderful. The staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely room/bathroom and service and drinks in the 12th floor bar. The only downside was the breakfast, we had to wait absolutely ages for a coffee but the lady was very apologetic and we hadn't been told there was actually a help yourself coffee machine at the other end of the breakfast room. For the price of the breakfast we all thought it was rather substandard with not enough...

"Shops, many restaurants right nearby within walking distance. Rioms were beautifully clean. Had a problem with the bathroom but they staff happily changed our room, sent us somecakes and called us to ask if were we happy. Very good caring service and staff. Food at restaurant was exceptional. "
