"Really friendly, helpful lady on reception. Lovely warm and welcoming lounge/bar area whilst waiting for other parties to join. The room was fresh, clean and very comfortable. We didn't have dinner, but we did enjoy the great breakfast and there was a vast array of choices. Just a 2 minute walk from the station, we would definitely recommend and will certainly stay again next time in Manchester"

"5th floor too hot time of stay was 18 degrees outside so not due to hot weather. Provided 3 fans but did not sleep at all , no ventilation windows opened an inch and was noisy outside. Should not allow people to stay in the room as was just hot. Property very basic and not great value"
