"Ended up at the Hilton Garden Inn unexpectedly and from the time we walked in it was just spectacular. The staff were so accommodating to every and any request. The rooms were super spacious aswell, comfy bed, large tv for downtime. My favourite part though was the ability of the staff to adjust during Nyepi (Silent Day), there were multiple times I saw staff not being treated nicely by other guests and they handled themselves with such grace and understanding when they didn’t need to. "Where do I begin, absolutely amazing resort Food is delicious in both restaurants, staff are amazing and friendly,very clean rooms. Pool areas are in great condition and looked after by staff. Loved the squirrels coming down the trees for there snacks at breakfast time.. kid friendly activities and lazy river with a swim up bar. This resort gets 10/10 definitely will be staying here again. "Zeer groot en mooi resort, maar vooral op de Westerse toeristen geënd. Er zijn opvallend veel Russen aanwezig. Bali is waarschijnlijk een van de laatste plaatsen waar ze nog welkom zijn, al zitten er hier ook niet op te wachten… Maar het hotel is prima, al staat het wel iets verder van de lokale bevolking en gewoontes af. Ook de prijzen liggen hier zo’n 3x hoger dan de rest op Bali, maar de ligging en de kamers zijn echt super! We hebben hier een zeer fijne en goed verzorgde tijd gehad. "
