"Beautiful private villas that provide an exclusive feel. Each staff member provides a welcoming atmosphere and has the utmost professionalism. We got to meet many and many knew us by name by the end of our stay adding that personal touch. The villas are guarded 24/7 but a very respectful staff to ensure complete safety and piece of mind. "Great experience and very friendly staff. We got our room upgraded from garden view to pool view. Room is specious and modern . Food was very delicious and a lot of options from different cuisines. Their meat and chicken were all halal which make big difference for us. We enjoyed staying in Laguna and highly recommend."
"Rooms are large, clean, offering some type of view, ours a garden, which made our stay very relaxing. The staff were fantastic, going out of their way to give you a great stay. The restaurant restaurant provided the most delicious meals, especially breakfast. The pool and gardens were beautiful. There were no shops alongside the hotel, but Bali Collection was walking distance with a free shuttle bus available. Local laundry and convenience stores were just a stroll away."

"I requested something out of the box (a surprised “hello Kitty” theme upon check in to surprised my wife and daughter). They made a hello Kitty feature with some leafs and flower. That was amazing and something they don’t really need to fulfill my crazy request. But they did it and we appreciate it. What an unforgettable trip for our family "

"This was a overnighter as I arrived late to Bali, and by the time I got to the residence it was 12:30am and I was tired.
I was still greeted warmly, and showed to my room, and it just felt amazing to have a clean shower, clean water station nearby, and go to sleep on a bed after just 4 hours of sleep the day before."

"I could give 100 stars for this place. Everything, literally everything, was an amazing experience here. We got a 3-bedroom villa. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Will visit here again for sure!!! Loved it. If you're looking for a fun place to stay with family or friends without any hassle, I'd recommend this. "
