"We loved staying at the Villa. As this is a collection of stand-alone properties, there isn't a check in desk or reception, but the communication was great and we got responses all the time. Even before we arrived, they checked in to make sure all was going to be ok for us. "From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service.
