"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "Beautiful place and happy with the villa. The spa has super views and the beach was nice but the hill tram down to the beach was not working one day. Be prepared for a staff member who tries to sell you timeshare and was quite pushy about meeting up without being clear from the outset about what the meeting was for.
