"From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service. The Villa is fantastic modern, vert tidy and the pool was always cleaned by staff everyday very private and spacious. "Our stay exceeded expectation for us. ASAI spa packages were easy to book online before arriving. Kids were able to dine at the ASAI restaurant while mama was off to a pamper. Private pool was well used also late night and early morning dips. Villa was just beautiful. The lay out is exactly ilike the photos online. Staff so kind and respectful. Love love love. When kids say the love something you know its honest truth. "

YOLA (my queen) was kind enough to message me before arriving to confirm check in! Made me feel instantly comfortable and her English was incredible! "Love the villa and ambience. The helper Rai is so helpful and very good in cooking. The only minus point is, onthe very last day are just finished massage (we booked masseues to our villa) we are all in sarung / towel and getting prepare for bath and suddenly there are men standing in our hall ( villa staff). I was shocked to death as we are Muslim ladies and non men other than family member should be allowed to be in the villa. This happened as the next guest had request for early check in.....

"Expectations was not very high, but the property definetely exceed all the expectation. You get much more for the price you are spending. The area was not that far from Ocean and all jimbaran eateries, maybe at most 15 mins walk."

"This is a very nice property. The villa is top notch, they spared no expense making it nice. Right across the street from restaurants and shopping options. There was some construction in the area, but no noise in the evenings or early morning. Great communication from the team, highly recommended for your stay."

"Posto incantevole,personale molto attento alle esigenze un consiglio proporrei l’ora della colazione alle ore 7 in quanto a Bali i trasporti sono molto lunghi per via del traffico e fare la colazione alle 8 significa non partire prima delle 9.comunque il resort è spettacolare,nuovissimo ."
