"From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service. The Villa is fantastic modern, vert tidy and the pool was always cleaned by staff everyday very private and spacious. "A hidden gem, very clean and immaculate. Staff are courteous and polite. The beach was little difficult to access so didn't bother going but we were looking forward for beach activities provided - but couldn’t make it as they are offered only in specific 2 hr time slot.
We enjoyed the indoor pool in our villa and staff were prompt to provide cleaning services when requested.

"What stood out? It’s the peaceful vibe the surrounding nature gives us. We stayed at tree house villa as we needed the extra bedroom for our family of 4. Recommend this for the extra space. Be ready for the resort’s natural surroundings as that’s part of the overall experience."

"Love the villa and ambience. The helper Rai is so helpful and very good in cooking.
The only minus point is, onthe very last day are just finished massage (we booked masseues to our villa) we are all in sarung / towel and getting prepare for bath and suddenly there are men standing in our hall ( villa staff). I was shocked to death as we are Muslim ladies and non men other than family member should be allowed to be in the villa. This happened as the next guest had request for early check in.....
