"After initially getting a call from the front desk informing me that they were not going to honor my Expedia reservation because the overbooked the hotel and me expressing my discontent with their decision, management made it all good. I was upgraded to a really nice suite with Disneyland view. I really appreciate their change of mind and the willingness to make things right "

"My overall stay at Freehand LA was good. The staff were kind and helpful, there were a lot of things to do (eat, explore, transpo) within walking distance, and the overall hotel vibe is edgy at an affordable price. However, there are some things that didn't quite work for me, which are as follows: 1) worn out & thin beddings 2) dim light 3) really slow elevator 4) rooftop wasn't available for sunrise watch 5) lobby event music was loud even after 10pm 6) lounge area outlets weren't working and...
