Family of 5. 3 teen girls. Double shower in suite is convenient. Having a “living room” and table is actually really nice. Rooms were quiet even though next to the freeway. Could only barely hear the loudest of vehicles.
The restaurants in the parking lot were great.
Luna grill isn’t bad. California fish grill was amazing. Ono Hawaiian bbq was delicious. Habit burger is a little slow but they make everything in front of you. The grilled chicken on sourdough is amazing. Sub place we could do without. All in all this is a major benefit.
The bar restaurant in the hotel is ok. The pizza was really good. I think the rest is just different compared to where we travel from.
Pool area is hit and miss depending on the day. 2 nights were crazy busy. The other 3 nights had only 12 or so people in total. You can take food and booze from the bar in the pool area. That is an added plus. There were 2 movies per night played in the pool area. Smaller kids loved it and even 1 night we were watching. The speakers didn’t work multiple nights we were there so you could barely hear anything. The water slides were fun for all ages. The small splash park was great for small kids and away from the bigger kids stuff. The pool is a great temperature. A lot warmer than we expected. The hot tub is not that hot but great when you consider kids which the hotel caters to.
Breakfast in the morning isn’t bad but crazy busy (at least we thought so). There is something there for most everyone. Go early
