We got a two-room suite (traveling with a teenager), so that was nice. Decent location, about a 15-20 minute brisk walk to Disneyland. There's a shuttle stop right outside though if walking is difficult.
However, the walls are really thin (really, really thin). As are the bed sheets. Thankfully I was able to take a blanket from one of the bunk beds not being used. We heard every neighbor, every reving engine (people seemed to love revving their engines that night). We almost checked to see if we accidentally left the door slightly open.
Also, the hot water took a while, so the first half of my shower wasn't pleasant. Thankfully my family had hot water after me.
The one thing that really bugged me is they almost charged me an early fee, for being there 25 minutes early. I didn't ask for an early check-in, I simply asked if the room was ready. It was, so the office clerk checked me in. But halfway through she turns to her manager and asks if she should charge me. They had to think about it. I almost said I'll wait when they decided not to, since the room was already ready.
It's a decent value proposition if you're only staying a night. But if you're looking for a fun Disney experience, I'd keep looking.
