"I have no complaints except you had to be a member to get the free gift bag with the water and chips but the receptionist was nice and gave it to me anyway. The staff was nice and courteous from beginning to the end of our stay. The bartender made excellent drinks. Rooms and property very clean"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is located close to big stores like Walmart, Target, and Dollar Tree, there is decent amount of parking, and the free Disney shuttle is great. The breakfast was very good, with lots of hot and cold variety. The coffee was fantastic. The staff was very pleasant. The only downside was the room was a little on the humid and damp side, but that is the LA weather."

"Refrigerator didn’t work, so my wife went to the front desk to ask about it and was told they didn’t guarantee that the fridge, microwave, tv, or anything else in the room would work. Microwave was at least 20 years old and did not work either. They did not service my room during the day (no big deal) but when I went to ask for towels, I was met by the same older gentleman that talked to my wife the night before and he tried telling me that I should have asked the maids for towels during the day...

"Parking was great, staff seemed friendly...now for the room experience. When we first walked in, it smelt pretty bad...like wet gym socks. We cranked the AC and sprayed some of our own fragrance and it seemed to help. As I sat on the bed, there was this small pesky bug that wouldn't go away. Didn't think much of it. "Like the free breakfast the most, which consists of various selection that are delicious. I am an early bird so the free breakfast really helps. Also like the free coffee and hot water that are available 24/7. I drink hot water so really appreciate the availability...Hotel staff are very friendly and the room is really clean. This hotel is always my first choice going to mainland. Thank you all and I really enjoyed my stay there."

"The front desk staff were so helpful when we asked to make a few changes on the room we reserved, and they were able to assist us kindly understanding our situation.They also explained the details we needed to know about our room exchange, parking and hotel amenities. The buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant had so many options and our waitresses were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and kept the room cool.
